Praise the name of the Lord Jesus.So glad to get to know about EMI and what it is doing to further God’s kingdom.We began a ministry called CHRIST ALIVE GLORIOUS MINISTRIES (CAGMI)in a rural setting here in eastern Uganda, like wise ,with a God given mandate to transform hurting lives, especially children and women hailing from needy/destitute families,with the touch of God’s love. I am sure EMI can make an excellent partner with CAGMI in the Lord’s vine yard in the near future.We are situated in the mountain district of Kapchorwa on the slopes of Mt Elgon.With some limited support from an organisation in Oregon U.S.A we are currently able to help about 400 children with feeding,education and medicare. We also help 20 women with some minimal micro finace resources to help them live improved lives through improved incomes.With the acquisition of sufficient land space which we are seriously praying & striving for EMI could join us in doing a tremendous job here and bringing the great dreams to pass that we are having for our communities this part of the globe. We are yet to put up a website. EMI keep up with the GOOD job.EMI keep up with the GOOD job.Stretch out and touch many more hurting lives with God’s love through what you offer in your ministry.

Bravo Mr Mathenge!
I enjoy hearing more of your inspiring and educative setiments. As a student who has sat under your instructive and life-changing lectures, you have impacted on both my ministry life and study life. I would desire that God would extend your audience portfolio not only in the teaching institutions but also outside across the globe. AIU is blessed to have educationists of the like of Mathenge, who is not only a lecturer but also a mentor to all his students even after gradustion.
AIU you have an instrument in your faculty who is able to display servant-leadership, spirit of humility,real Christian values and high standard of commitment both in teaching and relating with students even outside class. Invest heavily on such!

Thank you for this thrilling report of the Graduation Ceremony, and especially for the presence of Dr Modupe Taylor-Pearce who was indeed the first African to head the School at a time when I had the privilege to serve on the Board. It was a period of tremendous growth through serious difficulties as chicken coop bugalows were transformed into a world-standard campus of which we are justly proud. May God grant that NEGST will grow from strength to strength under its new leadership
