- During the summer Kenya is 2 hours ahead of UK. In the winter it's 3 hours ahead.
- We'll normally be in bed by 10pm our time (8pm or 7pm UK time).

Note:
- We do love getting letters and packets, but we have to pay some kind of import duty on any packages/parcels received. So the advice we've been given is to make sure you don't over-value the packet on the green sticker you put on the front. This seems interpreted as its resale value. Normally I would say this should be very low.
- We are able to get quite a few things here in local supermarkets, though they may sometimes be more expensive than in the UK. If you're thinking of sending something then you might want to ask us how easy it is for us to get what you're thinking of.
